STEPHANIE FORD, MS, BCBA
Owner & Executive Director
Mrs. Ford is an FIT graduate with a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her undergraduate coursework was completed at UCF with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Minor in Crime, Law, and Deviance. While finishing her Masters, she worked at the Nemours Children's Hospital where she received intensive clinical training from their team of behavior analysts. Her training had a focus on early intervention, social skills, functional daily living skills and treating severe behavioral issues. Mrs. Ford has a breadth of experiences serving as a Pediatric BCBA providing ABA services to clients within clinical, home, community and school based settings. Currently, she is the Founder & Executive Director for Indigo Kids, she manages all administrative tasks while working alongside our Director of Therapies to support staff. Mrs. Ford has a deep passion for making impactful changes in children lives and has been working in the field of ABA for 16 years.

TAYLOR PARKS, M.ED, BCBA
Director of Therapies
Mrs. Parks has a Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). She has been a BCBA for 6.5 years in school, home, and clinic settings. Collaborating with school faculty and administration, families, and community members is a passion and priority for Mrs. Parks. She spent 2 years as the onsite Clinical Director of our Orlando, FL location and has since transitioned to working remotely in South Carolina, as our Director of Therapies where she focuses her work toward developing and establishing a therapeutic presence in the Low Country of SC. She serves families in the Bluffton, Okatie & Hilton Head areas. Mrs. Parks has a love for helping children and is dedicated to improving the lives of every family she serves.

DANA VEGA, MS, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor & Trainer
Dana is a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and received her Master's from Northeastern University. She has been in the field of ABA for over 4 years working with a young, neurodiverse population. As a BCBA, her passion is to educate parents, caregivers, and the public about applied behavior analysis and neurodiversity acceptance. Her ultimate goal is to promote self-autonomy in children so they can reach their full potential as they continue to grow. During her free time Dana likes to go off-road biking, go to the beach, and spend quality time with her family and friends, such as catching the new blockbuster movie in theaters.

JUSTINE ATTWOOD, BCaBA
Operations Supervisor/Assistant Behavior Analyst
Ms. Justine is our Operations Supervisor and a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with years of personal and professional experience working with children who have special needs. Ms. Justine graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelors Degree in 2018. Ms. Justine has experience providing ABA therapy in multiple settings including clinics, schools, in-home, as well as community based services. She is truly passionate about helping children become the best version of themselves and making a difference in their lives.

DAISY OCASIO, BS, BCaBA
Assistant Behavior Analyst
Ms. Daisy has been a part of Indigo Kids since Fall of 2021. She recently passed her BCaBA exam certification and is excited to serve the Indigo Kids team in her new role. She has a passion for affecting change through the science of ABA and looks forward to working with your families!

YIARNALIN PEREZ, BS, RBT
Behavior Technician II
Mrs.Yana is mother and wife with two beautiful children and a wonderful husband. She is an RBT and has been in the field of ABA for 4 years. Mrs.Yana has past experience working with special needs children in special education settings. She has worked with a variety of age groups ranging from early childhood to teenagers and young adults. Her experience with a variety of age groups has also allowed to work with a multitude of differing diagnoses such as Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Bipolar disorder, and Autism. Yana earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Capella University and is continuing her education by getting her Masters Degree in Psychology with a concentration in ABA from Capella University. She has passion for helping children learn and grow and truly enjoys what she does in making a difference in lives of the children she works with each day!

ALLISON HUMPHREY, BA, BCaBA
Learning Village Teacher/BCaBA
Ms. Allison is a Certified Teacher & Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with years of experience working with children of various ages. She has a bachelors degree in early childhood education from Auburn University and recently took on the role of our Learning Village Teacher in Spring of 2026. Allison has worked with children across all settings including schools, clinics and different countries. Her true passion is working with children while being dedicated to helping them grow and make a difference in their lives.

RANIQUE CHASE, BS, RBT
Behavior Technician I
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Ranique has been working in the fields of childcare and education since 2021. Some of her positions have included peer mentorship, substitute teaching, and mathematics intervention. Ranique earned her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health; Children's mental health with a minor degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021, and has been a registered behavior technician since 2023. Long term, she looks forward to a future working with children with various backgrounds and behavioral needs, and aims to provide the highest level of professional care to every child/client she encounters.

CAROLINE POOLE, BS, RBT
Behavior Technician I
Ms. Caroline Poole is a graduate from the University of Central Florida in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Central Florida, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2027. Ms. Caroline has over two years of experience as a Behavioral Therapist in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, where she has worked closely with children and families. Her professional experience also includes supporting students in school settings, working with at-risk youth in the foster care system, serving patients in a hospital setting, and providing services to children with special needs. Her long-term goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and work with children with disabilities, combining her passion for psychology with meaningful, client-centered care. She is excited to continue growing in this field and oh so grateful to be part of the Indigo team!

KAYLEIGH OSBORN, MS, RBT
Behavior Technician II
Ms. Kayleigh has a Master's degree from Capella University with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently furthering her professional development as she works toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ms. Kayleigh earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, where she received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology along with a certificate in Behavioral Forensics. Since February 2022, she has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, gaining experience across a variety of settings including clinic, school, community, and in-home environments. Her background also includes working as an infant teacher, and she has supported children on the autism spectrum from early childhood through adolescence. Ms. Kayleigh is deeply passionate about working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, unlocking unique strengths and meaningful skills, and allowing individual shine to come through.
